This beer features only one hop, and it's one of our all-time favorites: Citra. Not only is it the only hop in this post-apocalyptic brew, but there's a whopping 8 ounces of it in a 5 gallon batch! Make sure you brew 5.5 gallons to account for liquid lost due to absorption by hops so that you end up with a full five gallons by the time you bottle/keg.
