The RO150 produces 150 gallons of water per day. This more than doubles what you get using a home R.O. system, which are typically 50 to 75 GPD. Another great thing about this unit is that you can decide to upgrade it later by using the upgrade kit to convert the RO150 to an RO300. This system works great on a 5 gallon brewing system where you would generally start with between 2 to 3 gallons for extract and 6 to 8 gallons on all grain. You can get enough water to brew an extract in 20 to 30 minutes with this system and enough to brew an all grain in about an hour.
We use this RO system when we brew. We have it screwed to our brewing table in the office and and have another one (at home) that we made a portable frame for out of standard lumber. Then you can just hook this up using a garden hose. A white food grade hose typically used for R.V.'s works best. They are readily available locally. Click here to see manual for this unit.
