This recipe is "Imperial" in every sense with it's high alcohol content, big roasted flavoring, notes of toffee, coffee, stone fruits, and complex aroma and malt profile. This beer will need some time to age, so make it now so you can enjoy it later on!
Since this beer is over 10% alcohol, you'll want to be sure that your wort is well aerated, and to use enough yeast for an ideal fermentation or make a yeast starter. We recommend using a 2 stage fermentation with this recipe, but it can also be aged in the bottle.
All orders containing Liquid Yeast will be shipped with a complimentary ice pack to ensure safe shipping!

Craft stouts are what got me into homebrewing and this kit does not disappoint. Brewed it twice already and has some amazing color, flavor, and aroma. Highly recommend. I also had amazing luck when pairing it with Wyeast #1028.
I bought this for my brother in-law. He loves it and I can't wait to test it.
