Not too bold and not too stout, our Oatmeal Stout original recipe is just right! A dark colored beer with a rich flavor profile it derives from it's complex mix of malts, giving it a roasted grain flavor and silky smooth finish brought on by the use of oats.

A creamy mouthfeel and brown head with a taste that's not too big, and not too sweet, this recipe hits the mark.

    Just Right Oatmeal Stout

I have brewed this kit twice, Very good both times. I usually add 1lb toasted quick oats to the grain bill along with the 1lb that is included in kit. The fermentation is extremely vigorous and quick both times. Fermentation was over within 36 to 48 hrs. (no more bubbles). My friends all loved it and the kegs didn't last long. Get this one you won't be disappointed.
