This is a hoppy Pilsner all-grain recipe we've been developing for some time, and it aims to combine two of our favorite beer elements. A light crisp refreshing Mosaic Pilsner recipe that's bursting with citrus hop aroma and flavor! This is a take on a classic Czech Pilsner but dry hopped with a couple ounces of Mosaic to provide a nice grapefruit aroma and flavor. The wonderful compilation is certain to steal your face right off your head. Enjoy!
This 5 gallon all-grain Pilsner recipe makes a Pilsner or Lager vs an Ale, so you will need fermentation temperature control to get the proper results. We recommend fermenting around 55 F before the diacetyl rest.
All orders containing Liquid Yeast will be shipped with a complimentary ice pack to ensure safe shipping!
