Style Overview:
Kölsch was Germany's response to the British Pale Ale, and originates from Cologne (Köln), Germany. Kölsch is defined by it's warm fermentation, followed by lagering at cold temperatures. Has a bright, slightly yellow tint very similar to a German Pale Lager. Typically, Kölsch beers are made with one type of pilsner malt.

First Kolsch
Kit was great. I was worried about getting it clear, but it turned out fine. Cooked it up and lagered it for 4 weeks. Kegging it up this weekend and saving it for our spring break vacation.
