Our Irish Red recipe is a very drinkable beer that derives it's flavor primarily from the malts used, with notes of caramel and toasted grains, and a deep red color. A smooth beer with a clean, crisp finish. It's not just great for St. Patrick's Day, it's a great beer for any occasion, and any season all year round.

Irish Red Ales are a very drinkable beer with a medium body that gets it's name from it's copper color, and is a different take than your traditional English and Irish Ales. Generally, they have a roasted, sweet malt profile with subdued hop characteristics and a crisp, clean finish.

This is by far both mine and my wife's favorite. I make this numerous times a year. Excellent flavor with a bit of creaminess (is that a word?). Great mix and outcome!!
I'm probably a bit early on this review since I just started this brew last night, but so far everything looks great. I will try and update when the final product is ready! So far though I can't say enough good about the product and the company. 5 stars all across the board on everything!
Easy receipe to follow. Still waiting to taste. Just cooked the brew a day ago.
This was the first homebrew recipe I made. It is very simple and straight forward to introduce you to the process. There's not too much that needs to be done and smells amazing. I can't wait to crack one open in a few weeks.
Beer taste great. I tried Irish red from another site and it tasted bad. This is Irish red is smooth and easy to make.
