Imperial's Kaiser strain is a traditional Alt yeast and produces an array of German style beers including Berliner weisse and others. It is clean fermenting and allows your malt bill flavors and aromas to stand out. It's a low flocculating strain, so expect longer clarification time and very low diacetyl production.
