This beer is an “out of this world” taste sensation, using both millennium and Falconer's flight hops. With tropical, citrus, floral, lemon and grapefruit tones, this Northwest style IPA is our tribute to an iconic movie. Millennium Falconer's Flight IPA - Northwest IPA - Extract Recipe Kit Instructions
India Pale Ale came into the brewing scene as a measure in practicality actually. In the 1700s, sailors had trouble getting their beers to India due to the long voyage around the Cape of Good Hope. Brewers would add larger additions of hops, and increase the alcohol content, and thus, the beers could survive the voyage in a time before refrigeration and avoid being flat and sour upon arrival.
