The Sour Batch Kidz is a blend of two Brettanomyces yeast strains, a low attenuating Belgian saison yeast and Lactobacillus making it a great option for lambics, Flanders reds, sour farmhouse ales. It's also a great blend to use with any ale that you want to add some funk to.
