Our English IPA recipe has a toasted/biscuit flavor profile in it's malt character, and is an English treat. It's a bit hard to find a good English IPA in the US, so why not brew your own? It utilizes traditional English malts, hops, and yeast, and has a very "hoppy" flavor with hints of floral spice from the hops, and a bit of character from the English yeast thrown in for good measure. It's a coppery flavorful ale you're sure to love!

Style Overview:
English IPAs are a bitter ale with a strong hop flavor that uses a lot of hops, and is brewed very much like a strong pale ale. Generally, they have a lot of hopiness to it's flavor and a high alcohol content along with a medium body. You can expect to discover notes of biscuit and bready flavorings and they range in color from a deep amber to golden amber.
