Our Northern English brown ale recipe is similar to some of the most famous brown ales available in the US, with a smooth, silky finish, along with hints of nut, and a biscuit aroma. It's an incredibly balanced beer, and great for anyone who's a fan of British style beers in general. We recommend serving it at 50 degrees so you get that feeling of being in your favorite English tavern. Cheers!

Brewing this kit was very simple and enjoyable. The worse thing about it was the wait time til the brew matured. After waiting I will say it was well worth the wait. It is everything you would expect out of a brown ale. Light and refreshing. Not over hopped and if you are looking for more hops just use all that came with it. The 1st time I try a kit I go by their recipe that way I know what I can do to tweak it next time. Will brew this a few times a year.
Got this kit faster than fast. Can't wait to try it.
