Witbier is a pale and cloudy beer. There is a high percentage of wheat with some oats that make it seem creamy and smooth. The coriander flavor and other spice are a complement to the richness of the mouthfeel. Crisp and lively, this beer is great served with an orange slice or without one. The grain bill is going to cause a sticky mash, so you might want to pick up some rice hulls.

Make a batch of this fruity and spicy delight, grab your favorite retro video game, and let the good times (and nostalgia) roll. Make sure you've got another batch going before you reach GAME OVER on this one, or you'll be left without any credits to continue!

This kit does not include the Chamomile tea bags

All orders containing Liquid Yeast will be shipped with a complimentary ice pack to ensure safe shipping!

Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Easy to brew and quick turn around time. Everyone enjoyed this one, even those that don't like craft beer.
