Belgian Specialty Ales trace their roots to creative local brewers hailing from Belgium, and are categorized as such due to the fact that they don't quite fall into other existing belgian beer style categories. They commonly utilize varying spices and wild yeast and bacteria for fermentation.
- Batch Size: 5 Gallons
- Mash at 150 degrees
- Est. Original Gravity: 1.058 SG
- Est. Final Gravity: 1.009 SG
- Est. Alcohol by Volume: 6.5%
- Bitterness: 25.0 IBUs
- Est. Color: 6.1 SRM
- Ferment at 66-72 Degrees
