This American Amber Ale recipe is our tribute to Robert Crumb's "Keep on Trucking" comic!
Easy on the hops with a nice malt flavor our American Amber is a smooth drinking beer. With more body and higher mouth feel than its Pale Ale cousins, this Amber beer recipe is great for craft beer drinkers and entry brewers alike. Our American Amble features three malts (Pale, Caramel, and Biscuit) and two different hops (Magnum and Crystal), making this all-grain Amber Ale recipe an easy going beer for brewers looking to kick back and keep on trucking.
You read that right. American Amber is a gateway beer. Next thing you know you’re knee deep in saisons and Belgians trying to spontaneously ferment a lambic.
