Based on a similar strain used in a popular Double IPA in Vermont *cough cough*, this is one of the go-to choices for creating balanced IPA's. Imperial's Barbarian strain produces stone fruit esters and works excellent along side citrusy hops varietals.

    The yeast I received was only a month and a half old. The yeast went to work great on a 1.064 IPA. The delivery was fast and the ice pack packed with the yeast was still cold! Great service!

    Just kegged a wicked ahsome NEIPA. Reached FG in about 12 days. Excellent citrus and pine aromatics, really looking forward to tasting once it's carbed up. Will use again!
