Imperial's House strain is a very well balanced yeast with solid flucculation to drop the yeast out of suspension once fermentation is complete. It allows both malt and hop profiles shine with clean fermentation at cooler temperature and increased esters at high temperatures. This strains works great with American IPA's as well as English styles ales.
