Wyeast American Ale 1056 Yeast is great for any style where malt and hops are the dominant flavor. Producing mild citrus notes when fermented at cooler temperatures 60-66°F (15-19ºC), this yeast typically requires filtration to produce a bright beer.

    Smack It, Attack It!!!

    4 hours before my wepon of choice was needed, (Wyeast 1056 American ALe Beer Yeast) I SMACKED IT. After racking the new brew to a sanitized carboy it was time to let those waiting litte critters ATTACK IT. All went well, the critters, (yeast) did their duty and the new brew was delighted in its now found experince. !!!GREAT!!!

    Best yeast for clean fermentation of aes

    I use this for fruit beers, it give a clean flavor profile and good fermentation at ale temperatures. Works well every time.

    Wyeast 1056 American Ale Yeast - Worked Great

    This yeast worked perfectly for my recent pale ale brew. I actually forgot to activate the pack up to a couple of hours before pitching into my wort and the yeast did a great job in the fermentor. I was very happy with the overall performance and characteristics of this yeast.
