Great for producing a dry, crisp, slightly tart beer, Wyeast American Wheat 1010 is great in any brew where low ester profile is a must. A true top cropping yeast, make sure to leave enough head space to allow for proper fermentation.

I used this for a 40% Wheat beer and it came out great. It has no Clove/ Banana Esters like the European wheat strains. So if you want a wheat beer without the clove and banana, this is the way to go.
